3) Smart Scale

Part of any exercise routine is being aware of your weight.   That old scale from grandma just won’t cut it anymore.  These new smart scales will track not only your weight but your body mass index, body fat, and other metrics.  Some will even sync with your smartphone to keep a log of your progress or the lack of.   These start at about $30 but make sure you get one that is compatible with  your smart electronics.

4) Sensor mirror with video display

This mirror can replace your old fashioned mirror by offering more than just your reflection.  For an investment of around $8000 you can watch video, pictures, and in some cases even talk to your friends.  Also included are smart speakers for music and a light system that can simulate natural sunlight.

5) Automatic Toothpaste Squeezer

If you are tired of having the toothpaste tube squeezed from the middle, then this is for you.  This device offers a hands free way of putting toothpaste on your brush in pre measured amounts.  The device comes cheap at about $7 but you will want to get a good looking toothpaste tube since you can see it on the top of the device.

6) Toilet Tech

For around $7000 you can get a smart toilet.  These devices do offer a lot of features including things like automatic flush, bluetooth speakers, automatic bowl cleaners, and a heated seat.  They do take a bit to install because you will need an electrician to bring an outlet safely near the toilet.  In addition, you may need your plumbing updated and all these things can increase the budget a lot.
