forward and increasingly becomes more

and more capable.

We're seeing a really large increase,

to put it

mildly, in AI voice scams.

And this is getting really scary.

This has been something

that's been around for a while,

in the sense that you can recreate

somebody else's voice,

potentially creating things like deepfakes

and whatnot.

And this has been an issue

that has already been a problem,

but now it's being taken

to the next level,

where your voice can be used

to authenticate things over

things like recognition

on a phone for a credit card

or financial accounts or medical records

or whatever those things are

that to this day

require authentication to keep it secure.
