The Answer with this week's Tech Wednesday
3
:is AI moves forward and increasingly
becomes more and more capable.
4
:We're seeing a really large increase,
to put it mildly,
5
:in AI voice scams,
and this is getting really scary.
6
:This has been something
that's been around for a while,
7
:in the sense that you can recreate
somebody else's voice,
8
:potentially creating things like deepfakes
and whatnot.
9
:And this has been an issue
that has already been a problem,
10
:but now it's being taken

to authenticate things over
12
:things like recognition
on a phone for a credit card
13
:or financial accounts or medical records
or whatever those things are
14
:that to this day
require authentication to keep it secure.
15
:This week on user Friendly 2.0,
we're going to deep dive into this
16
:talk about what you can do
to secure your assets
17
:and what we see in the future to help
stop this happening.

:Check us out Saturday here on The Answer
