And this is something in this day and age

where personal security has changed

quite a bit

with the onset of the internet,

where we are now, that this may be

something that will surprise you,

where you don't have privacy

and before you once did.

Smart speakers have been accused

of collecting information.

While that's possible,

there's another device in your house

that really takes the cake on that,

and that could be your smart television.

In fact, in the state of Texas,

a lawsuit has been filed

against several smart TV manufacturers

because they're being accused

of taking people's private information.

In other words,

what you watch and that type of a thing

sitting in the back to themselves

or selling it and not disclosing this

to the general public or their buyers

in a way that is meaningful.
